Who We Are

Odyssey Ink LLC ("Odyssey Ink," "we," "us") operates odyssey-ink.com and the Cubby family of products. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our site, book a call, or purchase a product, and how we use it.

Information We Collect

We collect information directly from you and through the third-party services we use to run the business:

• Contact information you provide when you email us, fill out a form, use one of our free tools (like the Hiring AI Compliance Check, which asks for your email before showing results), or book a call — name, email address, and anything you tell us about your project or organization.
• Scheduling information when you book a call through Calendly, including your name, email, and any details you add to the booking.
• Payment information when you purchase advisory time or a product through Stripe or Gumroad. We do not store your card details ourselves — those are handled directly by Stripe and Gumroad under their own privacy and security policies.
• Basic site usage data (pages visited, browser type, general location) that our hosting provider, Netlify, may collect automatically as part of standard web server logs.

How We Use It

• To respond to your inquiries and schedule calls
• To deliver products or services you've purchased
• To send you information you've requested (such as a purchased template or tool)
• To follow up about the free tools you've used, and — only if you opt in — to send occasional updates on employment-AI regulations
• To improve the site and our offerings

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run Odyssey Ink, each with their own privacy policy governing the data they process on our behalf:

• Calendly — call scheduling
• Stripe — payment processing for advisory sessions
• Gumroad — sale and delivery of digital products and templates
• Netlify — website hosting, and storage of email addresses entered in our free tools (such as the Hiring AI Compliance Check), anonymous "Was this helpful?" feedback, and messages sent through our contact form
• Google Workspace — email

Cookies

Our site itself does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Embedded tools like the Calendly scheduler may set their own cookies necessary for that tool to function — see Calendly's privacy policy for details.

Data Retention

We keep contact and engagement information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business records, and meet legal or tax obligations, and delete it when it's no longer needed for those purposes.

Your Rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email support@odyssey-ink.com and we'll respond promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the business evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page.
